Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Rexume when you use the website and the app. By creating an account you accept them. Questions go to anugrahrezkifauzinasution@gmail.com.

Your account

Give an email address you can receive mail at, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in it.

Your content stays yours

You own the CVs, cover letters and anything else you put into Rexume. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you — for example to show the preview, make a PDF, or send text to our AI provider when you press an AI button. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

You're responsible for what your documents say. Don't claim qualifications, employers or results that aren't true.

AI suggestions

AI features suggest text; they can be wrong. Read every suggestion before you use it. We instruct the AI never to add numbers you didn't give it, but the final document is yours to check.

No guarantees about outcomes

The ATS check and job match are guidance based on how screening software commonly works. Employers use many different systems and decide for themselves, so we can't promise any interview, job or score.

Plans

The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions and translations, which resets on the 1st of each month (Jakarta time). Your documents are free forever. If we change the allowances or introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful or infringing content, and nothing that isn't yours to share.
• No attempts to break, overload or probe the service, get around limits, or access other people's data.
• No automated scraping, and no reselling the service without our written agreement.

Share links

A share link lets anyone who has it view one document. You decide what it shows and can turn it off at any time; once off, the link stops working.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

Liability

We work hard to keep Rexume available and your documents safe, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed application, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
